Absolutely the highest quality meat products available and they’re local too! Once you’ve had a Spray Creek rib steak, small chicken, veal stew or any pork product it’s hard to eat anything else. Also, you can see the difference in how little the portions shrink when cooked. Additionally, I cannot say enough nice things about Tristan and Aubyn and how they go out of their way to listen and accommodate individual requests. It is obvious how committed the family is to their animals on their wonderful farm and their customers. Having lived in many different places, I can tell you we are fortunate to have Spray Creek as a member of our community.
